Fusilli : Anticamente i fusilli venivano prodotti a mano secondo un metodo tramandato di madre in figlia. Si trattava di attorcigliare, con un gesto rapidissimo e mani esperte, uno spaghetto intorno ad un ferro da calza, il tipo di abilità ricordava molto quello delle filatrici e infatti il termine "fusillo" deriva da "fuso", lo strumento che le filatrici utilizzavano.
